Off the blog
I started the year of with a reading bang. As January 1st was my first day off in a while I spent most of the day reading and managed to complete three books. As my boyfriend put it, I was a reading machine. I have been pretty busy with work as of late so I hadn’t gotten the chance to immerse myself in a good book. It felt really good to get back in the groove, and is a much better time spent then watching Friends, particularly as they are no longer there for you on Netflix.

Friends is still available on Netflix in the UK and I adore it. Perfect distraction and background noise.

Certainly started 2020 with a reading bang. Hope your boyfriend had interesting stuff to do while you read! I enjoyed Next Year in Havana.
He was too busy playing his video game to mind. Luckily, he’s typically understand about my reading obsession. I enjoyed Next Year in Havana as well, it was such a fun historical romance.
