October was a slow month of reading and blogging. October flew by mainly consisting of work and weekend laundry. My book club typically reads books that have been adapted to movies or tv series. However, last month we went off script and read Happy-Go-Lucky by David Sedaris and went to a reading at a local theater. I had orignially gotten tickets to see David Sedaris in 2020 but then 2020 happened. It was wonderful to finally go to his book reading, especieally since his stories always make me laugh.
