The “Day After” Readathon Conclusion

Posted January 3, 2012 by Whitney in read-a-thon / 2 Comments

The “Day After” Readathon was hosted by Allie at A Literary Odyssey taking place during the first days of the new year.  I had a pretty lengthy list of books to read over this weekend not because I’m overly ambitious but because I like having options.  I didn’t get as much reading in as I would have liked but was able to complete Stephen King’s 11/22/63.  Considering, this was a 800+ page book of which I read the last half of I feel pretty good and jump started into 2012.  Thanks for hosting Allie!

  1. That's great! I personally feel any obvious dent made into reading is satisfying. I didn't read as much as I'd planned to, but I was very happy with my session. Considering I tend to get drawn to the blogs more often that I am drawn to reading these days, it's a good thing! 😀
