Miz B at Should Be Reading hosts a weekly meme entitled Teaser Tuesday
- Grab your current read.
- Let the book fall open to a random page.
- Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page, somewhere between lines 7 and 12.
- You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from … that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
- Please avoid spoilers!
“‘Who is he master?’ continued the tiresome girl, appealing to me. ‘He talked about “our house”, and “our folk”, I thought he had been the owner’s son. And he never said, Miss; he should have done, shouldn’t he, if he’s a servant?'”

Wuthering Heights is one of those books that I've actually not really liked much. I've meant to get back to it and re-read it though.
Looking forward to your review if you post one 🙂
Wuthering Heights is one of my all time favourite reads! I used to be able to quote passages from it…wonder if I still can…!
Hope you are enjoying it!
I haven't read this since high school – but I remember really liking the book. Maybe it's time to revisit it….
Mine's here
I wonder how many people would recognize the sentences – many people love this book. I have not read it in forty years – Maybe it is time to read it again.
I read it about five years ago, and still remember this passage.
My teaser is here
That is a great teaser for that book!
Enjoy reading it 🙂
there is just not a bad line in the whole book!
I've loved this book for a long time. Thanks for a teaser about a classic! I also read your bio. Very funny! My Tuesday Teaser is about another Marcus Zusak book. Have you read it?

I tried to re-read this a while ago and just couldn't get into it and I remember loving it. I hope you are enjoying the story.
Have a great week. My teaser and contest link is here
I think I was in middle school when I read this and I didn't like it then. I wonder how I would feel about it now? I really should re-visit it sometime.
