Off The Blog

I felt the bern and voted early.  I’ll miss the crowds this Tuesday in Wisconsin, but I was sadly deprived of my “I Voted” sticker.  It also snowed yesterday (although it didn’t stick) and was a cruel belated April Fool’s joke from Mother Nature

    • Georgette Heyer is new to me as well and had been putting off reading her, it surprises me because her wheelhouse of books is usually right up my alley.

    • And I am proud to say the state of Wisconsin felt the bern too! April is suppose to bring showers not snow but fortunately it melted right away.

  1. Voting early is a good thing..I don’t miss the No snow, thank you very much. I hope the week ahead is a good one for you. Good luck with the tour, it is a new to me author.

It snowed here too quite heavily then the sun came out and started melting it. 🙂 Crazy though. I need a warm up. Those readathons looks fun, I’ve done a few that Michelle hosted before and they were fun.

  3. Is it normal to get snow in April for you?! Ack! That seems late. XD It’s getting a little colder here at night in Australia, but mostly summer is sticking. I’M NOT COMPLAINING. XD
Sadness for missing out on the sticker though. 😛
Thanks for stopping by @ Paper Fury!

    • Not being able to advertise that I voted was a bit of a let down, but I survived. As for the weather, I don’t think it is normal. Although last year we got a foot of snow on Halloween, so anything is possible. Also, I’m slightly envious of your “mostly summer” temps. Thanks for stopping by!
